Our AT&T and Verizon both worked well. We had a large big rig site that was very long and wide, Charged a depost and then told no spots available - no refund in deposit, February 7th I made a reservation on the online system for a week stay at the Yellowstone grizzly RV park.

WOW, what a luxurious place, great location great people, very helpful staff. GREAT access to the West Yellowstone entrance!!! He can be seen foraging for food regularly and exploring the habitat.

Probably the nicest in appearance in town.

We were in a spot next to the main office and watched different campers walking through occupied and vacant spots every day we were there for a week. more, *well maintained and clean

I will say that you get what you pay for here:

My hose will stretch 20 ft and I needed another 15 to make it to the sewer inlet.

Over the summer and fall, we were able to bring him into the outdoor habitat.

Our 36' motorhome and tow car just barely fit in the back-in site (some days we parked our car in the overflow parking lot). Our biggest complaint at his park was all the RV'ers that walked through other peoples camps, they did not care if the spots were vacant or occupied. This park overall is a great park. Very clean, organized, friendly, well-managed, etc. The WiFi worked fairly well especially during the day when everyone is visiting Yellowstone.

If you are visiting Yellowstone, this is the place to stay! The West entrance to the park is a short 4 blocks from the park. The staff were helpful and friendly. Everything in the Yellowstone area is expensive, so we just had to bite the bullet and pay for the expensive RV parks in this area.

Huge parking in front for checking in. When we were out walking our dogs, several other campers we talked to said they had been staying there for years but wouldn't be coming back. They have a nice store.

For our trip to Yellowstone, we decided staying outside of the park was a better choice for our preferences.

The staff are very friendly and the park is nice and well kept. He explored the campground and repeatedly found food left unsecured by campersbroke into a cooler, as well as food and garbage from the back of a pickup truck.

It backed on to the forest, and I was warned I might need bear spray if I took my pets near there.

We stayed at the beginning of the season in fact our first night was $35 since it was the off-season rate, then it went up to $65 for the rest of our stay. Check in was easy, all staff were nice and customer-oriented and the wide paved streets made it easy to navigate to our site.

Easy to move around, even for the biggest rigs. My friends told me about this campground and thought it would serve my needs nicely.

The same kit at Wal-mart is $34. So your full RV length ( Vehicle plus RV) must be less than 45 feet. The town of west Yellowstone is a block or two away-near enough, but not so close to the crowds shopping and eating in town.

All paved roads with in the park and lots of laundry and bath facilities throughout the park.

This is a great park with a great location just outside the west entrance to Yellowstone.

If ever in the area, I would definitely stay here again, but grab yourself an extension for your RV hose if you are coming here. I might be getting picky.

Two weeks later I sent an email saying that I wanted to make a reservation for a week stay at the end of September same dates as the first request and I was told they were full.

He has adjusted well to being outside and enthusiastically searches for food, swims in the pond and explores the habitat.

An unfortunate set of circumstances arose at a local campsite with a wild bear that resulted in the bear needing to be removed from the wild. Beautiful park, absolutely glorious in the fabulous fall weather we enjoyed! We opted to stay at Yellowstone Grizzly because of its prime location, and the park did not disappoint. Well maintained and managed.

It is a very quiet park with ample trees, grass areas and is located right outside the west entrance to Yellowstone Park. He was underweight when he arrived but overtime, he rapidly gained weight and muscle. The RV site has the only public Waste Dump in 90 miles (Per Office Manager) So you typically see people not associated with the RV park, lined up in the morning and during the day dumping their tanks.

STAY HERE INSTEAD OF IN THE PARK!! He toppled a tent and even climbed on an occupied vehicle at the campground. One of the highlights of this RV park used to be customer service, but the new manager certainly changed all that.

The location is near restaurants, etc (we enjoyed Madison Crossing) and there's so much to do in this tourist town.

Other than that the park surpassed my expectations. The bathroom and laundry. Yellowstone had no snow in January and recently it finally came pushing things later. Which I am not happy parking my truck away from my RV. I am giving a split review for this site. WiFi was somewhat spotty but they were changing over service providers while there and had to overcome a few issues which worked just fine afterward. Our site backed up to an intersection and there was no issue at all with noise. they will ask you to unhook your water.

My friends also mentioned that the staff were rather snooty.

The grounds were excellently maintained with nightly watering and it was a nice place to walk the dog. Quiet at night. Laundry facilities could have had more machines at each location, most locations had 2 washing machine and the laundry at the main office had 6 washing machines. My wife & I stayed 5 nights while visiting Yellowstone and the town of West Yellowstone. Utilities worked well.

In our RV travels, our family has decided that we appreciate being in parks with cell signals, access to stores and restaurants, and other such conveniences.

You have to be fairly short to fit in these, but for those who don't there are lots of pull-thru sites.

This is far and above the finest RV park I have ever stayed in.

The landscaping is beautiful, and they have a nice playground for the kids. It was the biggest of any park we stayed at, and also the nicest. We would like to have stayed longer, but waited too long to make reservations. We looked at the other parks in downtown West Yellowstone and they all had gravel "parking lots" with the spaces small and cramped. I felt compelled to write this and let you know what kind of horrible people your are doing business with. Need to bring a flashlight. I will first say that the site is nice in appearance. We had a ton of laundry to do and the laundry room was great. Nearby attractions include Playmill Theatre (0.5 miles), Yellowstone River (0.5 miles), and Yellowstone Big Gun Fun (0.6 miles). I would strongly urge you to make sure of what type of site you get if you are pulling a fifth wheel or trailer. Recommend it highly, but you had better get your reservations in early.

I had to ask how to get to my sight since she had dismissed me before telling me. Camp has 4 laundry facilities arranged throughout the park (same building as bathrooms and showers).

facilities were cleaned daily but the one complaint was the expensive and not very good laundry facilities after more than 30 minutes of having to restart the dryer every 5 minutes, the clothes were super damp.

The negative is three fold: I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else if you are visiting the west side of Yellowstone National Park.

Grizzly is within walking distance of the town. Let me start by saying I would never write a bad review about anyone as a business owner I know what reviews mean.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the restrooms/showers.

Clean, spacious RV Park located < 1 mile from West entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The people who work here are so friendly and maintenance is continually cleaning!

Although the sites aren't exactly spacious, they are not as close together as I feared, and our back-in site was more than wide enough for us to not feel claustrophobic.

We saw everything from small pop up trailers to huge "bus" RV's. Short drive to the West Yellowstone NP entrance which is very convenient. $3 to wash. We waited until the next campground and the price was half the cost. Use your cell phone for a DIRECT CONNECTION TO THE ANIMALS! The Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park and Cabins is the 79th stop for us and we stayed 10 night stayed at the Yellowstone KOA last year and did not like it at all.

This park is extremely close to the west entrance of the Yellowstone national park, about 5 minutes to the gate. Had to wait til I went to another RV park to get my email. Great location, easy walk or bike ride to a great town.

Restrooms were clean, however the auto shut off on the lights was quite annoying, the lights automatically shut off after about 10 minutes (motion sensors). A young male grizzly bear had gained access to food from unoccupied cabins near Rainbow Point Camp Ground just north of the town of West Yellowstone, Montana.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained, quiet campground.

Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park sits just outside the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park in the charming town of W Fox Den advertised Big Rig Friendly, THIS IS NOT TRUE. The park itself was very nice - hundreds of sites yet all were nicely grassed and had a nice clean air.

They do not allow angle parking , parking in the street, on the grass, or parking on the concrete Your RV rig must fit entirely inside you site. " Yes, pets are typically allowed, but it's always best to call ahead to confirm.

We stayed their 6 nights in an 80' pull through space in our 34' Montana Mountaineer 5th wheel. So much better than the RV sites in the park. We stayed at 14 different RV parks in 30 days and this was our favorite.

I also commented that it would be better to close them mid-day when the demand is not so great, and they also brushed me off. Go and Enjoy Yellowstone but please boycott Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park.

We were adjacent to a dog walk trail that led to a national forest area where the dogs could run off leash. Not all sites have water connections Wi-fi is available and actually works (a rarity, in our experience).

This is not an inexpensive park, but the sites are nice with the picnic table on a concrete slab. I wiill honestly say that this is my first bad experience at Grizzly RV Park. 866-205-7451. We'd stay here again. We had a pull through site and we had plenty of room on all sides.

This park is really nice though and we felt it was worth it. Multiple attempts were made to haze him away from the area, unfortunately they were unsuccessful, and Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks staff decided he could not remain in the wild.

And there was no availability for that week.

The spaces were larger than other parks we stayed at. My big complaint is a cleaning schedule was posted on the bathroom doors, but wasn't followed. more. We had a premium back-in site so we had a grassy area behind us that backed up to woods which gave us a little bit of privacy. We could have gone to one of the quality hotels for just a little more money. I had to by an extension kit from the office for $50.

Stayed here for 2 nights & enjoyed our experience.

We had to park our truck in overflow parking (due to site length), which I noticed others had to do as well. Easy to move around, even for the biggest rigs. Only thing is I wish we booked for a longer stay. But the real issue is that the staff closed them much earlier - closer to 8:15am, despite the sign.

Park is within walking distance of West Yellow Stone, but if elderly you might want to drive as it's not that close.

Walking distance from many restaurants in town.

The staff is exceedingly helpful no matter what the issue. When traveling to this area I would not ever stay anywhere else.

You have to pack up all your stuff and leave the RV park by 11am and may not return until 1pm! This is one of the most meticulous parks we have visited, which is especially amazing considering its size.

If you add a day or two to your original reservation, you cannot stay in your same spot, even if it's available.

No problems. Surrounded by lush evergreens, the gravel lots are level, have a picnic table and the grounds are clean. Nobody that works there seems very happy anymore and the manager is super rude and grumpy. That means you must request a pull through site. I let that bad experience go from 2018 and reserved again then Corona happens at the time I called to cancel for September all Yellowstone stores were closed but the parks was not.

The sites are a bit closely situated but not unreasonably so. They have a small store with limited RV supplies.

Do not accept a back in site in I believe it is Lone Wolf Sites 1 - 5 which back up to the Dump sites. We were lucky enough to be able to fit in the back-in sites at the back of the park, meaning our site backed up to the Gallatin National Forest. Our site backed up to an intersection and there was no issue at all with noise.
