Somehow each selection on the menu serves as an example of "let's mess up whatever we can possibly mess up." Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked inside the lobby. The location to Universal Studio is awesome as is the free shuttle. Our trolley leaves in the morning at 8, 9, 10, and 11 and in the afternoon at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10.
