I have sent several messages to this company attempting to exchange for a larger size helmet as I was in between sizes. Plus, with all the colors you can get one to coordinate with every outfit; safe and stylish! I exchanged it for a Large, but then it was a bit loose front to back (even with the largest pads in), a bit snug on the sides and the ear straps didn't fall where they should since it was pretty much too bigso it's going back as well and I'm going to have to order what I had previously. This sporty helmet has a soft-touch leather harness thats reinforced with nylon for strength, a rear reflective strip for enhanced visibility and a flexible visor.
When I placed my order I just ordered the same size as my old one, but they have apparently changed the sizing a little. When I began wearing it, the chin strap seemed to lay on my neck a little rather than right under my chin. It comes with a thick and thin pad in the back to adjust fit; however, I lost the thick pad because it was only held in with a few little velcro spots. Within a couple of minutes it was starting to give me a bit of a headache.
