They dont give refunds, even though they did not deliver on what is advertised they will did not give me a refund for the reminder of my stay. The poor fellow had no idea what I was asking him. The other locations attached are more modern and renovated. Reception staff was really warm and friendly. Prices and availability subject to change. Beach is marvelous. She helped fill out trip with wonderful experiences whether it be tours, great local spots for food/drink or logistics. we complained and they said they could move us into the correct room tomorrow. If youre looking for a place thats between the town and beach look no further. Beach is marvelous. Parking was free and convenient.
I can only warmly recommend . Ill try and be thorough and to the point. The one next to family pool ( which we used most of the time) always has same variations every day. Traveling on business? The feel of our room was very luxurious. Really comfortable bed and a big shower. The Apartment Deluxe was very big and had everything we needed. We ware stayed there four nights. We were in Room 33, which had a nice jungle view. It was soo relaxing and staff very helpful. The location is good to find, just entered the second intersection of Tulun left hand and went in, there is parking space, ten minutes to Tulun site, X park half an hour to forty minutes, airport two hours, 7 word hotel area less than three hours . Outside they have people selling margaritas & tequila so we got a margarita and got on our shuttle.

Staff at the 24-hour front desk can provide around-the-clock assistance. and again, prices for the same food lower than in other hotel (so this hotel has officially 3* but it was much much better and nicer than 4*). I would say 10 minutes because we would drive very slow due to the roads. ). I definitely want to try to recreate it at home. we had with the private plunge - ok maybe not the ideal to swim in but with ocean view. The cucumber welcome drink was absolutely delightful and I find myself daydreaming of it. You communicate to them through WhatsApp which offered quick responses to any questions or concerns or when ordering food/drink. I am a fairly experienced traveler and have over the years visited several all inclusives for vacation. Once at Alaya, all of the staff were so very kind. Error: The shower is a dream.
