Very nicely decorated, neat, great access to beach, great for older kids as they have Coligny to go to for ice cream, and shopping. You have your own needs that are specific to you. We highly recommend this place for a great getaway and fun time in Hilton Head. Joe took care of all my issues very quickly. Thanks Joe! Bedroom 2 is located on the main level and has a queen size bed. The code to access the Sea Crest pool should have been provided to this guest upon check in and was an oversight on our part. He also recommended what I need at the best value.

The new Low Country Celebration Park located just off of Pope Avenue is also a short walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or bake. Joe was an awesome help and made it easy with the decisions I had to make. The place was super nice and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Villa is very clean, well-appointed, decor is bright and cheery. We highly recommend the condo and Relax Rentals. The accommodations are very beautiful and pristine. This fabulous ocean-oriented 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury villa complex is just a few minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean. My favorite thing about the condo was how close it was to the beach; no more than a five minute walk. I have to take a very expensive drug, so choosing the right Social Security plan was a daunting task in navigating through the many plan choices available. The place was so clean and the view was stunning. Due to Covid - pool area disappointing. I highly recommend this condo as a place to stay. 401 was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. Joe made an otherwise difficult process very easy to navigate. We have been going to the Hilton Head island for 30 years and North Forest Beech is our favorite location. Wish we could book for next year, but our dates are already taken!! We loved the rooftop pool and had it to ourselves a few mornings. My sister and I discussed where we would stay if we returned to HHI. The owner, Pam, was easy to work with; Responded immediately with any concerns. I highly recommend him. Just beyond is the spacious living area with access to the balcony which offers peeks of the Ocean over the treetops as you relax in the 2 love seats, side chair or enjoy a meal outside at the dining table seating 4 - the perfect spot to relax.Decorated in a fresh beach theme, the living room offers comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa and a loveseat, plus an armoire with a flat screen TV, DVD, and stereo.The large Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, DVD, and access to the balcony. We have stayed at 3 North Shore Place building several times, but apartment 507 is the best: top floor, great ocean view from the balcony! This villa is 1.1 mi away from Hilton Head Island. I called Joe because I received his card in the mail and wasnt getting very far in choosing a supplement on my own. We hope to see you again soon and hopefully the weather will be better next time! Located on the 5th and top floor of the North Shore Place complex, this villa is beautifully decorated and comfortable for relaxing. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating me through the Medicare maze. I was worried about noise, not an issue! I will be recommending him to everyone I know who is struggling through this process. This location and condo just makes my stay easy and had me coming back every year. All rates subject to 11% local/state tax. This is an end unit with a semi-private hallway ( the only unit that has one), so less hall traffic.
