Horrible for the stores that sell them. Mine blew up in the yard like a water balloon and burst about halfway down the hose length. UPDATE 2: Payments from the Pocket Hose class action settlement appear to have been mailed in early May 2015. I bought the flexible hose, used it the first time, it blew out.
I bought two one burst need to know where I can join lawsuit. The hose cost $20.00. I use it now to fill my cats water dish. . I then bought a 50 ft. black heavy duty hose with brass fittings.

Totally agree..the product was great for awhile and then the outer covering started to split and the inner hose started to herniate out of the covering and then popped like a water ballonI had 2 and BOTH of them had the same problemconcept is great but they need to fix the problemwasted $26 plus tax.. It may not have lived up to infomercial claims, which is really what this suit is about, but I did feel I got my moneys worth and would gladly buy another for the job I used it for, as has said my neighbor.

Interesting how when I went to pay for them that the adolescent cashier at Home Depot asked, Are you sure you want to buy this? We tell you about cash you can claim every week! $29.99 . So the class action individuals got $6.00. HEY!!! When I turned it on, it leaked profusely at the upper part of it. Will go back to regular hoses I guess! Boy was I fooled of thinking of something could be so easy.

The first one leaked like it had been stabbed with something. product has a design flaw and lasts, at most, 6 months. They are the biggest piece of cap I have ever purchased and for the price you pay for them they should be watering my flowers NOT ME!!!! FREE.

I DONT HAVE RAZOR BLADES IMBEDDED IN MY DRIVEWAY. My complaints are identical to the other thousand or so. I took it back to Home Depot and got another one. Mine started leaking right away around the valve to shut it off. I bought the 25 ft first for simple watering of my flower beds. Admittedly, hers only lasted a year or so, but for $12 and not having to roll it back up constantly She used it in her barn to fill the horses water buckets. Where can I get help??? Boy was I ill informed. It is a sucker move to make lawyers rich.
