I enjoy staying here. Very rude manager! There's a grilling/bar area and massive hot tub. I won't be staying there again. Love this place!
Hotel staff friendly. At night the parking lot and hallways can be scary. Be careful when booking a hotel room, Need to file a complaint? Plus, the hotel is set right on a lovely, grassy park in AZ its a nice treat. The GM is a friking fat looser crook! I would reommend. The only thing I would say drove me a little crazy and this is not unique to any hotel I find btw was the de-magnetizing of the room keys. There was no apology. The office is the same size of a resident room, the lounge is a small resident room also that will seat maybe 5 people close together. Nice pool area. This hotel is, Hotel makes you feel like you are a movie star. This holiday home also features a private pool. Never disappoints! This is my go to spot everytime I travel back to Scottsdale. Rooms are fairly small, but everything was excellent. Place is a dump. Luckily we were able to be moved to another room. It was clean and the front desk staff was very efficient and very nice. I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and it was great. Plenty of places within walking distance for shopping and food.
I offered a different card at which point the person said they were sold out. We arrived Saturday afternoon and a little while after we got to our room, we noticed the bed was a little wobbly. We will be back! No bell service so I hope I don't fall down the stairs with my luggage when I leave. The refund was $10 for the 4 night stay. Accommodated us and great customer service! My room was right by the ice machine and it seems a lot of people kept getting ice. *Priceline Name Your Own Price and Express Deals services are different from published price services. I am a picky person - a professor of law and very critical. Next to a park with a pond. I would definitely stay here again. The night desk clerk responded well when it turned out our room air conditioner did not work. Do not trust pictures. I took this up with my travel agency who called the hotel management. Would have given 5 stars if we had hot water but we didn't until the morning. Overall it was a good deal for the price. Needs updating plumbing update air conditioners.

I recently stayed at the 3 Palms and I rather enjoyed it. Located in Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites Second Floor, Pet Friendly Units and The Scottsdale features accommodation 3 km from Desert Botanical Gardens. Beware of room 149. There was a "guest lounge" with coffee but, no continental breakfast. The rooms are a little outdated. It is very basic. Gave me a feeling of great safety. Plenty of parking and only a five minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. The park across from the hotel is a great place for a walk or run. Ben was awesome very friendly and very helpful. Very clean and nice hotel. Room is small for more than 2 people. The best part is the pool. 2 hours later it was fixed. When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints. We had a hot tub bathtub that was very nice, if a bit odd shaped. The place don't look as great as the pictures make it seem. It's a motel with fancy dressing, but a motel still. The exterior wall isn't very well insulated from sound, so you can hear people talking as they walk by. The room rates are reasonably priced and the staff has always been great. Great hotel. Service desk was excellent, literally only took about 5 minutes to check in and 5 minutes to check out. My room was very clean and neat every day. A safe is also provided. Nothing it took Sedan like 3 hours to add against name and then in the long run wasn't even able to session and now they won't give me my money so I don't know. Please note that the minimum check-in age at this property is 21 years of age. And across the street from a park and water. The food was fantastic! All of the staff at the hotel and restaurant were very nice as were the owners and their son. The bed was epically comfortable, the pool area seemed nice (I unfortunately didnt have much free time to enjoy it) and the grounds seemed well kept and safe. He took care of us and made our stay wonderful. When asked to fix it, they were rude about it. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport9 km. But clearly they did something to take really great pictures. The hot tub can fit up to 30 people. The hot tub was one of the largest I've seen and we had a very nice stay. The location is good, but not within walking distance of any restraunts or shopping. The manager was very accommodating with assisting us since we arrived a day early. Book 1,199,000+ Hotels, Apartments, B&B and Hostels. This has never happened to me, moreover the travel agency got the confirmation. Had I known, I would have requested a first floor room. It amazes me that every reviewer did not give this great hotel 5 stars.
Our all-suite hotel offers comfortable accommodations in a. A satellite TV, a microwave and small fridge are included in this room. If you rather not navigate the short two flights of stairs, make sure to request a main floor room when booking. Great central location. There were not any channels with cartoons for my son to watch, but the room had a DVD player with surround sound, so he was happy. Room we stayed at looks newly renovated. Light shade over the bed caked with dust. I would stay here again. I woke up with terrible back pain and we had to cut our stay short because I was not sleeping there again.
If the standard rooms were more spacious and they had a better cancellation policy I"d give it an 8 or 9 out of 10. Maid service us iffy. The toilet paper comes in a bag labeled bath tissue not to be confused with other tissue. Also they should give more soaps specially for families. It's location is central to fun and my family. Absolutely love being in the pool. Oh I do believe they have quite a few "working girls" there as well.
It was clean and the decor was ok. But if you're looking for a decent inexpensive place to crash for the night, this is the place for you. All sales final. Pool was good. Great stay the rooms were clean. So you are forced to go looking for breakfast elsewhere. When we started check-in the system locked and we waited. Jetted tub in main part of studio, great view of the park across the street. The staff was kind of clueless and not especially nice. The pictures don't do the decor justice. I think we found our annual hotel and a possible staycation hotel! The sheets and down comforter are nice. If you're looking for a nice hotel, go elsewhere. A satellite TV is available in this room. Then we got towels and still no washcloths! Eventually the situation was remedied. It was wonderful! We have videos and pictures of bed bugs found in our room. I also saved money on public transportation by using a free ride bus called the 'Trolley' that took me to the Scottsdale district any time I wanted to. We got an apologetic call from the front desk but, never heard from a manager. Didn't have time for the pool but it looked very inviting, will use it next time. It's across from a disc golf course with a gentle creek and close to a grocery store. this made it very uncomfortable living situation and all I wanted to do was get the hell out the room. Well he is a big boy alright! Headboard was falling apart exposing little nail or staples which could prick you. Nice rooms. I cant wait to come back! The spa is large and comfortable. We had originally planned to stay here just one night and ended up staying three.
I strongly recommend the 3 Palms to anyone desiring value and a clean place to sleep. And that I couldn't check in till 4:00 p.m. and had to check out at 11:00 a.m. plus no vanilla creamer for coffee. Everything is clean. We ran out and had to go get them ourselves even though the maids came in just to make our beds? Kids under 14 in the hot tub splashing and horseplay and noisy. This is a great clean place to stay. The pool and close to everything. When I reached the hotel ~ midnight on 3/11 the person said that my reservation was cancelled because the credit card on file was declined. Not so good: room key would not work 3x, despite getting it recoded and replaced. Pet Friendly, Nice Pool & Great Staff Every Time I've Stayed Here! Good staff. Any and everything you can or will need to satisfy any fix you may have. And there were no towels avail by the pool, you must bring one from your room. When I checked in I was planning on staying for 3 nights. Great convenient hotel. I left and came back at check in, at which point there was a long line because everyone was checking in at the same time. Close to restaurants and a couple bars. The hotel advertises an outdoor pool with a full service bar with Drinks and food service, but fails to mention that this service is not available Monday Friday, again only on the weekends.
We had 3 adults and a baby. I was booked for business by the company travel agent. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Nit the one you would pick. But the room was clean and didn't smell of smoke unlike a room we had once in Phoenix. Great price for the room. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will for sure be staying there again! I had no experience because the front desk person lied about my reservation being cancelled. We left and just drove home. My Fianc were in town visiting family with our daughter, and we wanted just a night away. It is more like a doggy day spa, except I wouldnt even leave my dog here overnight. When they refused to let us stay, they told us it was our job to get a refund through the booking site. We visited 3 Palms and was impressed with the place. Please help me in this situation. Keys also have a tendency to stop working if you put them near other cards or your phone or keys which is annoying in the summer heat. The front office area with well decored. Pool area is nice and the park and lake across the road add to the hotel's positives. There are no elevators for the second floor and all rooms have outdoor facing doors (like a motel). I love that they go beyond their way just to make, I'm a traveling nurse that often visits Scottsdale for days to weeks at a time and was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Scottsdale Park Suites. The area is really nice and quiet. I tried to call the front office several times and the phone kept ringing busy so, I had to go up front and ask for soap, washcloths and towels. Next to kids' park, pond, and green belt. Which happens to be be catered by this 'so called establishment'. Very reasonable price as well! Probably has a very small penis, and for sure is the worst Mgt in the state! A damage deposit of $ 100 is required on arrival.
