Paid the 100 deposit and I checked out on the 25th of may and now it is the 14th of june I still havent received the money back, I been getting told itll be returned in 7 days, then they used weekends and bank holidays as an excuse and it is way past those periods and now they are telling me 30 days and keep blaming it on my bank, my bank chased this up and it turns out city suites did take my money, enjoyed the stay very much and was planning to return but very disappointed in this and I feel like I have been lied to and I will not be returning.
