When I put them inside one another I didnt notice any size change in the flare or wearable area of the tunnel, but I also didnt take out any calipers to check either. When choosing your silicone tunnels, you can choose between double flare and flat flare silicone ear gauges. Silicone is a colour-friendly material so youll find silicone tunnels in every possible colour with a lot of in betweens!

Silicone is a very flexible material and many people will find them easy to insert compared to other materials.
(Its my third journey to an inch so my ears stretch hella fast), Some look sick though. Honestly couldn't fault the customer service, and that's resulted in me buying half of my boyfriends Christmas presents from their plug and accessory sections! I cant recommend these guys enough honestly! Noticed I made a mistake when the confirmation order came through.
To make it easier, every size we stock are listed in both metric size and g sizes, or as metric size and inch size, so theres no risk of choosing the wrong size in our store. I have used Custom Plugs for a few years!

Custom Tunnels I made for a friends wedding. Silicone has one of the largest variety of shapes due to it being so soft and flexible, so unusual shapes wont be a problem for your ears and they create cool effects that people dont expect.
Wouldnt purchase my plugs from anywhere else now.
While they can be worn for sports and overnight, make sure you dont wear your silicone tunnels all the time without regular cleaning because silicone tends to attract dust and pollen much more than other materials. 
Which one you choose is entirely up to you and your preference although most of our range is double flared for comfort, but were adding more and more flat flare silicone ear tunnels to the range soon.

Recently made contact as i ordered the wrong product by accident, so contacted custom plugs and asked if it was possible to return the item, there was no hassle was very quick to response and help me sort this out, very good customer service skills and highly recommend! 
From 20 to 22mm I had a 20mm tunnel, an 18mm tunnel inside it, then a 16mm stainless plug inside for extra flair stretch and weight, was able to get up to a loose 22mm overnight. Be the first to ask here. Ordered some plugs and was advised that one of the sets were actually unavailable - Emily was great and helped me find a similar set!!

Cannot recommend these guys enough. I love the thin ones they lay better in my ears?? A tiny bit thicker than other brands, but not too thick. Choose between super thin silicone ear tunnels that keep your piercing in shape, or try out some of our more unusual options, like the triangle or square shaped silicone tunnels, or go for the popular teardrop shape instead.
Happily, Emily was there for me AGAIN and sent me the original plugs I ordered as soon as they were in stock, PLUS a free set of different plugs!!
To remove a silicone tunnel just pinch the tunnel with your fingers and pull it out. My ear had a tantrum when I went from 22 to 25mm so I had to size down again to 14mm.
