I called the hotel twice and they say it has been release and to give it 24 hours but its still not being release. Finally, they moved us to the 4th floor when the handle come off the shower handle and cold water soaked the bathroom. I would stay here again. The staff rated an A++ and saved my trip to PR.. No thanks to airline cancellations, both my arrival and departure were delayed. All distances are measured in straight lines.

This was a pain when we came exhausted and the kids just wanted to relax in the room. The room was nice, the only thing was the shower leaked in the bathroom. The next day, we went down to the included breakfast, which goes to 10am.
Everyone was friendly from check in, most importantly Christian, and check out with the new guy in training.

I did not appreciate this at all. We had to get out since there was nothing to do and smelled badly. Old spring mattresses are uncomfortable and you have to have freezing cold water hit you to turn shower on as the handle is 18" above the shower floor and under the faucet forcing you to stand. This property has taken steps to provide more sustainable and eco-friendly travel. I will be staying February 24- March 1. They even allowed me to enjoy the weather and eat by the pool! Please be advised that the property is under renovations for the facilities and part of the rooms and is expected to be completed on December 31st, 2019.
