The Revelry website quotes 5 months for ordering dresses, and my bridesmaids received their orders as early as 3 months. Firstly, the production timeline 33% of the year and they don't offer custom sizes, so I don't really understand the need for that a Hi Britt, we don't see any communication from you to look into your complaint. They mentioned they make things to order which is why they can't accept returns outside a certain window (still not really sure how that makes sense but I'm not in the industry), but when I look at their website, it shows they are currently out of this product. Meanwhile if they gave me a realistic expectation about their time line I could have gone WEEKS ago to see if I could repair it when I originally had a seamstress appointment that I ended up canceling. I ordered a dress and learned that my dress may not even come in time. This helps ladies with larger bust and butts but itty bitty waists spend less money at the tailor! There were seams that were loose (with white string on a dark red dress), snags that ran across the dress, bumps on the side seams (because it was done so poorly), and the area where the slits start the dress was sewn so it came inward and made your hips look larger.
