I have the 2005 OUtback with automatic HVAc system. The CD player is broken and the radio has terrible reception. Is there any way to improve this? Lee, That's a bummer. Your best bet is to find an OEM (or new old stock) replacement stereo and have that installed. Once that's in, replace your car's speakers to get the best possible sound.
