Not happy with this machine at all, doesn't give a clean finished look with the stamp dies, I like the stamp n cut dies and it seems very hard to get the gemini stamp n cut dies in Australia.
I have been playing with my crafters companion foil system and I think I have mastered it. 
Love your card though! If you are looking for something new, love letterpress foiling on cards, and have the $$, patience, and space -- go for it!! Tried calling and emailing Crafters Companion US and have yet to receive a response.Unfortunately, I didn't try using it within the 30 day return period and now I am stuck with it.

I was hesitant about buying the Gemini Foil machine because I really want to use it with the Spellbinders dies. The FOILPRESS can also be used with the original Gemini machine, but users will need to buy a Top Plate Extender to be able to do this. Doing it this way makes it near impossible to get precise placement because you cannot see the foil stamp when you place cardstock on top of it. I know the foiling isn't for everyone, but I love the look so much--if you're a minimalist card maker like me, but adore that luxe, foiled letterpress finish, well, it hits the sweet spot I have been searching for, for years (to DIY myself). The FOILPRESS works perfectly with a multitude of materials. The FoilPress works with both the Gemini machine and the Gemini Junior. It will NOT work with your Big Shot or other die cut machine. It is the only foiling machine to have a temperature control feature.
