There was so much food and it was all first-rate quality (and we're snobby about that kind of thing). He was always available by phone to answer questions that came up in the planning process and he always returned our phone calls within a few hours if we had to leave a message. They were prompt in returning emails/phone calls, gave us great advice on other vendors, and broke down our menu choices so that our guests would have a delicious variety of foods.
