Thank you to all the staff for making our stay unforgettable. The waterpark, plunked down in the middle of the pool nearest the lobby, features a tot-sized pelican slide for little ones and a mushroom-like apparatus that dribbles gentle sprays.

The entire team works very hard to ensure that we deliver a warm, memorable experience. At lunch, the buffet has hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza and chicken nuggets as well as salads, and chips. Limited entertainment, limited food options, I loved the beach and workers, DIDN"T like the food. If you have asthma request a bottom floor!!!
The people were very nice but the resort is small with few options for eating.

Love that the staff (Arby, Johnny & Angel) are involved with people that are staying at the resort. Rooms were dirty and I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and for towels daily. We would go again.
Most rooms were renovated in 2008. horrible customer service dont have any atracciones for young people. (Also a barracuda) These accommodations are also closer to the beach and come with a flat screen television and a DVD player.
This is a big bonus because not every resort on Cozumel comes with a good beach for swimming. Among the carriers serving Cancun are Air Canada, Air Tran, American, Delta, Jet Blue, Spirit, United, US Airways and others.

What are the parking options offered by the Allegro Cozumel? Standard rooms come with televisions and coffee makers, but no mini-fridge. The date and price shown corresponds to nearby hotels. Access to coffee in the mornings could be better. Several days no fresh towels and water. If people just look and not touch it will be awesome. Offers the best combination of Mexican cuisine dishes.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities, The property was okay but the food was horrible and they were super annoying about the mask thing when its literally 2022 i was so annoyed the bar closed at 10pm every night and there wasnt a club or anything, Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities.
